We had TONS of people contact us about lowering and extending the front shelf on the LSG 36"and 42" smokers after we built a set for our personal use. We now manufacture these in mass quantities to keep up with the demand. The shelf placement is good to start with but no where near optimal. Lowering and extending the shelf out some makes the smokers much more versatile. All brackets we make are easy to install just remove the 2 nuts per bracket; swap them out and re-install the nuts. These also come powdercoated to match the finish of the smokers.
 
We offer 3 different options for these brackets.
 
Option #1: The original brackets that work on the smokers with the brackets mounted to the actual smoker body. These brackets lower and move the shelf 2 inches making room to fit larger pans and set seasoning/spritz/drinks on without knocking them off when opening the lid.
 
Option #2: These are for the 36", 42" smokers that started around mid/end of year 2024 along with the cabinet smokers. Our brackets move this shelf out 2 inches giving that little extra space to ballance larger items or full size pans. (if you have already redrilled the bracket location lower and you like the position on the cabinet but want it to extend out more this is the one for you)
 
Option #3: This bracket is mostly used on the cabinets but can be used on the 36" and 42" models also if you want an extra low shelf for some reason. These brackets move the shelf out 2 inches and down 3 inches to maximize your usable space. 
 
Options #2 and #3 will work on either the cabinet or the new model 36 & 42" depending if you just want an extension bracket or a drop/extension bracket.
